1. General
1.1 These Terms of Use govern, together with the Privacy Policy, your use of the “My Words: Learn your words” mobile application ("Application"), the websites https://mywords.app, https://my-words.ru and https://mindworksolutions.nl, and related services provided by Mind Work Solutions ("we"). By using the Application, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Services.
1.2 All intellectual property rights associated with the Services belong to Mind Work Solutions, Netherlands. Technical administration and support of the Services for users located in the Russian Federation is provided by ИП Бабкин Алексей Владимирович (ИНН 246307200869, ОГРН/ОГРНИП 325246800079370).
1.3 Our Services are intended for users studying foreign languages and offer features to help memorize vocabulary, translate words and texts, create personal dictionaries, track learning statistics, and practice pronunciation and spelling.
1.4 The Services are available globally through the App Store, Google Play, and our Websites. Core features are accessible without registration. Certain features, such as syncing across devices, are available only to registered Android users.
2. Rights and Obligations
2.1 Hereunder we undertake to:
comply with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws;
respond to user support requests and inquiries.
2.2 We reserve the right to:
update or change these Terms as required by law;
suspend or restrict access to the Services or portions of them;
conduct maintenance, bug fixes, and updates;
display advertisements, including from third parties;
delete accounts with unconfirmed email addresses one week after creation.
2.3 The User agrees to:
provide accurate information as needed for the Services;
comply with these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Services or bypass security features;
not use the Services for illegal activities or to infringe third-party rights.
2.4 The User has the right to:
use the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws;
contact us with suggestions and feedback.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All content, trademarks, and related materials are the intellectual property of Mind Work Solutions or its licensors. Use is limited to functionality within the Services.
4. Disclaimer
4.1 We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific outcome from use. The Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
4.2 The Services may contain third-party content (e.g., ChatGPT, YandexGPT). We are not responsible for the availability or content of such integrations.
4.3 External links may appear in the Services. We are not responsible for the content or availability of these third-party sites.
4.3 Users are responsible for any content they submit and must have rights to do so.
4.4 We are not responsible for advertisements managed by third parties.
5. Changes to these terms
5.1 We may update these Terms at any time. Important changes will be posted in the App or on the Website. Continued use signifies agreement.
6. Premium Plan
6.1 Some features are limited in the free version and may include ads.
6.2 Full access can be purchased via one-time payment or subscription. Trial versions may be offered.
6.3. Prices and payment terms are outlined in the Application.
6.4. Subscription price changes will follow App Store or Google Play rules, with user notification.
6.5. In-app purchases are tied to App Store or Google Play accounts and work only on associated devices.
6.6 Premium access may be verified by our servers even for non-registered users.
6.7 For Android users in Russia, purchases made through CloudPayments will be linked to your My Words account.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
On Android, subscription users may have their learning data stored on our servers.
On iOS, we do not store personal or learning data. Subscription status may be stored in a non-identifiable form. Other data is stored locally or in iCloud.
7.2 Data submitted via our contact form (email, name, message) is used only for the purpose of responding.
8. Account Deletion
8.1 Registered Android users may delete their accounts via the profile section of the App. This will permanently delete all stored data.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Mind Work Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data of users ("you") of the vocabulary learning application "My Words: Learn your words" ("App") and its websites (https://mywords.app, https://my-words.ru and https://mindworksolutions.nl), collectively referred to as the "Services".
We are committed to protecting your data and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Russian Federal Law on Personal Data, and other applicable privacy laws.
1. Who We Are
Mind Work Solutions is a company based in the Netherlands. For purchases made by users in the Russian Federation, payment processing is handled by our authorized local partner: ИП Бабкин Алексей Владимирович (ИНН 246307200869, ОГРН/ОГРНИП 325246800079370), registered under Russian law.

2. Scope
This Policy applies to the Services offered worldwide via the App Store, Google Play, and our websites. It covers both data we process directly and data collected by third-party services.
3. What Data We Collect
Platform-specific note:
On iOS, we do not collect or store personal data. All learning data is stored locally or in the user’s private iCloud. For premium access, a non-identifiable record may be stored on our backend.
On Android, we store data only for registered users with a premium subscription as described below.
The App is primarily designed to function without requiring registration, and for users who do not register, we do not collect or store any personal data.
Only if a user registers an account and has a premium subscription, the following data is collected and securely stored:
Account data (registered users only):
Email address (if provided)
Firebase Authentication User ID
Account creation date
Learning data (registered premium users only):
Translations and custom translations
Categories and category cover images (stored securely via Firebase Cloud Storage)
Custom texts and notes
Learning statistics and goals
General app usage, crash reporting, and device data may be collected anonymously by third-party services for analytics and advertising purposes (see section 7).
Payments:
We do not store credit card or payment details.
For Android users in Russia, payments are processed via CloudPayments.
Contact Form
If you contact us via the form on our websites, we collect your email address, message, and (optionally) your name. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not stored long-term. It may be temporarily accessible via our website provider or email system until we reply.

EU-based servers are used for backend and account data.
Firebase Storage (USA) is used only for category cover images.
HTTPS encryption is used for all data transfers.
6. Consent Management
On iOS, the app uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and Google's Consent SDK.
On Android, Google’s UMP Consent SDK is used to obtain and manage advertising consent.
6A. Purchases and Payments
Payments are handled by Google Play (Android), App Store (iOS), or CloudPayments (Russia).
Payment data may be collected and processed by these platforms in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
We do not collect or store payment details ourselves.
7. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following external services:
Google Ireland Ltd.
Firebase Authentication, Cloud Storage, Crashlytics, Analytics, AdMob
Yandex LLC
AppMetrica analytics, Yandex Ads
CloudPayments LLC (Russia)
Payment processor for Russian Android users
These services may transfer data internationally under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:

Note: Android users can delete their account via profile settings.

9. Children’s Privacy
The App can be used by children without registration. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 (or the legal age in your country) unless they register. If you believe such data has been submitted, contact us.
10. Updates
We may update this Policy. Major changes will be posted in the App or on the website. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance.
11. Language Versions
This Policy is available in English, Spanish, and Russian. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
